Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are usually shipped the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes (USA)

Standard Shipping (USA)

  • Flat Shipping Fee: $6 per order
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may be slightly extended during peak or holiday seasons.

Important Notes

  • Delivery estimates are calculated from the dispatch date, not the order date.
  • Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Order Tracking

All USA orders include tracking information.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
We primarily ship via DHL and, in some cases, UPS.
The shipping carrier may also send tracking updates via email or SMS.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders cannot be canceled or modified after shipment.

To request a cancellation or address change:

  • Please email us at info@lavishbagshop.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Requests made after this period or after shipment cannot be guaranteed.

Payment

We accept Stripe for secure and reliable checkout.

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Orders are charged in USD ($) based on the currency selected at checkout.

Delivery Instructions

If you provide special delivery instructions (for example, “Leave at front door”), we will pass them on to the carrier when possible.
However, fulfillment of these instructions is at the carrier’s discretion and cannot be guaranteed.
