At Lavish Bag Shop, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and transparent return and refund process. 

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Original packaging and tags (if applicable) must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Request a Return

Please contact us before returning any item so we can guide you through the return process and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lavishbagshop.com, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item:

  1. Request a return for the original item
  2. Once approved, place a new order on our website

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds are issued within 2 business days after approval

Please note: Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

If you have not received your refund within 5 business days of approval, please contact us.

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
